Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate Scrum Events:
Organize and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coach Team Members:
Mentor team members on Agile principles and practices, ensuring continuous improvement and high performance.
- Protect Team:
Shield the team from external interferences and distractions to maintain focus on sprint goals.
- Collaborate with Product Owner:
Assist the Product Owner in managing the product backlog, ensuring clarity and prioritization of user stories.
- Monitor Progress:
Track team progress and performance using Agile metrics and ensure transparency through effective communication.
- Promote Agile Culture:
Advocate for Agile values within the organization and promote an environment of continuous improvement.

Essential Skills and

Qualifications:

- Experience:

Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role within an Agile environment.

- Certifications:

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certifications (e.g., PSM, PMI-ACP).
- Communication

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving:
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Facilitation
