Position - Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant
Job Description
- Oracle HCM Fusion Functional Consultant specializing in Core HR, Absence Management, Oracle Time and Labor (OTL), Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
designs, configures, and implements these modules to meet business needs. Key responsibilities include leading workshops, defining requirements, mapping processes, creating Fast Formulas, and performing data migration (HDL/HSDL) to ensure efficient, compliant HR operations. 10+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, with at least 3-4 full-cycle implementations.
Module Expertise:
Proven expertise in Core HR, Absence, OTL, and ORC.
Technical
Skills:
Proficiency in Fast Formula, HDL, BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Certification in Oracle Cloud HCM Modules.
