This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who wants to grow into managing multi‑crore budgets and a team in the future.
What you'll do Assist in setting up and monitoring campaigns in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms for US audiences.
Pull daily/weekly performance reports (spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, ROAS, CPA) and highlight anomalies.
Help run A/B tests (creatives, audiences, bids, landing pages) and track results against clear hypotheses.

Support optimization by surfacing insights on best‑performing segments, creatives, and funnels.
Collaborate with Product and Product Marketing to align campaigns with current offers, journeys, and messaging.
Document learnings and maintain experiment logs, dashboards, and playbooks.

Experience supporting accounts/companies with meaningful budgets (ideally in teams managing ₹2 Cr+ per month overall) even if your direct scope was smaller.
Comfortable in Excel/Google Sheets (pivots, lookups, basic analysis) and eager to learn SQL/BI.
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail, with interest in data‑driven decision making.
EXCELLENT Written and Verbal English communication skills
Content writing and marketing experience
Exposure to US‑facing digital marketing (US traffic, campaigns, or lifecycle programs).
Strong written communication skills for US audiences and attention to detail in content and QA.
Fintech/financial services exposure or experience with US‑based fintech products.
