Senior Scrum Master

Role Overview :

We are seeking a Senior Scrum Master / Project Manager with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to lead and coach Agile teams in a dynamic environment. This role requires strong Agile expertise, experience with SAFe, and the ability to deliver traditional project management responsibilities such as budget tracking, forecasting, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as Scrum Master for multiple Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and SAFe framework.
- Facilitate all Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, PI Planning).
- Provide coaching and mentorship to teams, fostering continuous improvement and collaboration.
- Maintain Jira hygiene and manage dashboards for transparency and reporting.
- Deliver PM responsibilities including:

Budget tracking and financial forecasting

Status reporting and communication plans

Risk, issue, and decision management with follow-up to resolution
- Act as a servant leader, driving clarity of purpose and motivating teams to achieve business value.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment and delivery of objectives.
- Required good data foundation.

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

- Agile & Scrum Expertise:
Strong knowledge of Agile principles, ceremonies, and frameworks.
- SAFe Certified Scrum Master (SSM) – mandatory.
- Tools:
Jira, Jira Align, Confluence, Miro; MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint), MS Teams, Smartsheet.
- Project Management:
Budgeting, forecasting, reporting,

- Experience:

Product or software development background.

- Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational skills

Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively

Self-starter with minimal supervision

Nice to Have:

- Scrum Coaching experience
- Pharmaceutical domain knowledge
