Oracle Cloud OTM Consultant / Lead (8+ Years Experience)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support Oracle OTM Cloud implementations, upgrades, and rollouts
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into OTM solutions
- Configure OTM modules including:
- Shipment Planning & Execution
- Rate Management
- Order Management
- Itinerary & Network Modeling
- Fleet Management (if applicable)
- Design and implement OTM integrations using:
- REST/SOAP Web Services
- XML/JSON
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Develop and maintain custom agents, actions, and automation
- Support OTM reporting and analytics (OTM BI / OTBI / custom reports)
- Perform system testing, UAT support, and production deployments
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide root cause analysis
- Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and external partners
- Mentor junior consultants and provide technical leadership
- Prepare functional/technical documentation and training materials
