Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive wellness strategies and annual wellness plans
- Design programs focused on mental health, physical fitness, nutrition, stress management, and work-life balance
- Manage employee assistance programs (EAPs), health screenings, and wellness vendors
- Analyze wellness data, participation rates, and ROI to improve program effectiveness
- Partner with HR, leadership, and external providers to promote well-being initiatives
- Plan and facilitate workshops, campaigns, and wellness events
- Create internal communications to promote wellness offerings and healthy behaviors
- Ensure wellness programs are inclusive, accessible, and compliant with regulations
- Monitor industry trends and recommend innovative wellness solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in ,Psychology, HR, or related field
- 3–6 years of experience in wellness, HR, employee engagement, or related roles
- Knowledge of mental health, occupational health, and wellness best practices
- Experience managing vendors and wellness budgets
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
Preferred Skills & Certifications
- Certified Wellness Professional (CWP), CHES, or similar certification
- Experience with corporate wellness platforms and analytics tools
- Coaching or mindfulness training is a plus
