Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Revenue Cycle Manager, Supervisor, associates specializing in Oncology within the US healthcare domain, located in Hyderabad. The Revenue Cycle Manager will oversee processes related to revenue cycle management, including reviewing and improving billing procedures, handling denials, and ensuring compliance with managed care policies. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading a team in implementing practice management strategies, collaborating with medical coding professionals, ensuring timely reimbursements, and researching resolutions to billing discrepancies to enhance financial performance and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

- Proficient in Revenue Cycle Management and Practice Management processes, with a focus on optimizing revenue collection and operational workflows.
- Strong expertise in handling denials and identifying root causes to ensure timely resolution and improvement of reimbursement rates.
- In-depth knowledge of Medical Coding practices and standards along with compliance to relevant regulations.

- Experience with Managed Care operations and strategic initiatives to enhance payer-provider relations.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership skills with the ability to supervise and guide teams effectively.
- Relevant experience in the oncology domain and US healthcare system preferred.
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field.
