Position: Compensation Benefits Manager

Roles and Responsibilities
Leads India benefits operations, executing localized initiatives under the direction of U.S.

-based global leadership and managing related vendor invoicing and reconciliation processes
Oversee administration of benefits and wellbeing programs for India-based associates, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with globally defined strategy
Provide empathetic support to associates by resolving inquiries, escalations, and unique cases in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners
Promote engagement and understanding of benefits and wellbeing offerings through targeted communications, education efforts, and seamless coordination between U.S. and India teams
Harnesses AI technologies to streamline and enhance compensation and benefits, including supporting data-driven decisions, associate engagement, and manager self-service.
Consults with business leaders, People + Culture stakeholders, and FP&A partners to advise on compensation best practices within global strategy
Conducts detailed analytical modeling to support recommendations and influences pay strategies.
Facilitates market review and benchmarking of plans to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
Administers annual compensation review and conducts audits where necessary to ensure proper calculations and alignment with plan design.
Assists in design, implementation, and operation of core compensation programs.
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
7+ years of prior total rewards (both benefits and compensation) experience. Experience operating in a global matrix environment highly preferred
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
CCP, CBP, or GRP desired.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Experience with CoPilot Studio or other AI agent development tools
Prior experience with highly Workday preferred but not required.
