Senior Executive – Operations; Event Operations

Position: Senior Executive – Operations (Event Operations)
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented  Senior Executive – Operations  to support event execution and operational planning for corporate events, brand activations, and experiential campaigns.
The role will involve  vendor coordination, logistics management, costing support, and on-ground event operations  to ensure seamless execution of projects.

Job Responsibilities:

Vendor Management
Source and onboard vendors, suppliers, and service providers for event requirements
Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors to ensure cost efficiency
Maintain strong relationships with vendors and manage vendor performance
Costing & Budget Support
Assist in preparing event costing and budgets under the guidance of senior team members
Coordinate with vendors to obtain quotations and compare pricing
Support cost optimisation while maintaining quality standards
Event Operations & Logistics
Assist in planning and coordinating event logistics including venue setup, equipment, staffing, and transportation
Support location research and venue scouting for events
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution
Operational Coordination
Manage supplier coordination and ensure timely delivery of resources
Assist in contracting with vendors and managing operational documentation
Support on-ground event execution and troubleshooting during events
Preferred Background
Experience working with  corporate events, brand activations, or large-scale experiential events
Prior experience in an  event management or experiential agency
