B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification (preferred).
Minimum 5–8 years of teaching experience in Early Years , with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or coordination role .
Experience in IB PYP / Early Years curriculum will be an added advantage.
Strong understanding of early childhood pedagogy, child development, and inquiry-based learning .
Excellent communication, mentoring, and organizational skills .
Ability to lead curriculum planning, teacher mentoring, and parent engagement .
Familiarity with school documentation, assessments, and programme implementation .
