What you'll do:
• Counsel students and parents on suitable test prep programs
• Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online inquiries
• Understand student goals and recommend the right course
• Convert leads into enrollments through effective counselling and follow-ups
• Explain course structure, fees, schedules, and benefits
• Coordinate with academic and operations teams for batch allocation
• Ensure smooth onboarding for new students
