Facilitator

We are looking to hire creative and dynamic facilitators who want to build their career in a growing education start up.

Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 2 years of relevant teaching experience.
Prior experience in teaching children of ages 5-14 would be preferred.
A Bachelor's Degree. Relevant degree in the field of Teaching/Psychology.
Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Spreadsheets, Slides), and generic communication tools.
High proficiency in English

Responsibilities:
Be a learning facilitator in a physical & online environment for students between the age of 5-14.
Facilitate and design lessons tapering with the theory of Social-Emotional Learning (SEL).
Plan and be ready at least 10 Hrs in advance for the sessions.
Be tech-savvy, stay updated with latest pedagogies and teaching techniques.
Create a non-threatening, open and inclusive learning environment – A safe space for the learners we work with.
Follow lesson plans and also add your own spin to the learning experience, keeping the learner in her/his zone of proximal development.
Challenge the learner to spark a sense of Curiosity. Probe learners to ask questions and think deeply about concepts and their application in their day-to-day life.
Assess learners in a fair manner and give timely feedback on their skill development.

Salary:  ₹2,60,000 - ₹3,50,000 per year (Based on relevant experience)
