Job Summary
We are looking for a highly creative and versatile Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of brand communication across product, packaging, print, digital, and UI mediums. The role involves conceptualizing and executing impactful visual designs that strengthen brand identity, engage diverse audiences, and elevate product communication across multiple touchpoints - from Reverse Vending Machines and outdoor branding to digital creatives, print collateral, and presentation decks.

Key Responsibilities
Product Branding

● Design and execute visual branding for Reverse Vending Machines, Packaging, and product installations, ensuring cohesive brand visibility across physical assets.

● Collaborate with vendors to ensure accurate color reproduction, printing quality, and material application.

Print Design

● Create visually engaging flyers, brochures, and other marketing collateral that communicate brand messaging effectively.

● Prepare print-ready files with attention to bleed, resolution, and print specifications.

Digital Design:

● Design social media creatives, ad campaign assets, banners, and mailers aligned with ongoing brand and marketing initiatives.

● Support content and digital teams in developing visuals optimized for web, mobile, and performance marketing.

Outdoor Branding

● Conceptualize and design hoardings, standees, and event backdrops, maintaining visual consistency with overall brand themes.

Product Presentations

● Develop interactive and visually compelling slide decks on Google Slides to
support product demos, partner pitches, and internal communications.

Required Qualification & Skills

● Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.

● 2-5 years of experience in a branding or marketing design role; experience in an advertising agency will be considered an added advantage.

● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.

● Strong understanding of brand consistency, layout principles, typography, and color theory.

● Hands-on experience in product & packaging branding, print production,
signage design, and outdoor branding is a must.

● Ability to translate marketing briefs into creative concepts and deliver within tight deadlines.

● Familiarity with presentation storytelling and UI/UX design principles.

● Excellent attention to detail, aesthetic judgement, and adaptability across diverse design mediums.

Good to Have Skills

● Experience or familiarity with Product Industrial Design tools and visualization software such as Key Shot, Blender, or Fusion 360 for realistic 3D renderings and product visualization.

● Basic understanding of 3D modeling, product visualization, and material rendering for design prototyping.

● Exposure to motion graphics or basic video editing (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro) is an added plus.
