Key Responsibilities
Design eye-catching social media posts, stories, and reels for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, and Whats App Business
Create high-performing ad creatives and media assets for Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid campaigns
Develop branding materials including logos, business cards, email templates, product brochures, and pitch decks
Produce short promotional videos (15-60 seconds) showcasing Pay Lnq products and merchant success stories
Edit and optimize video content for social media, You Tube Shorts, and ad platforms
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to translate campaign goals into visual strategies
Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print assets
Create motion graphics, GIFs, and animated content for engagement
Required Skills & Experience
2-5 years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
Strong understanding of social media dimensions and ad specifications
Experience creating content for fintech, e-commerce, or startup brands preferred
Ability to work with brand guidelines and create versatile visual styles
Video editing skills including cuts, transitions, text animations, and sound design
Familiarity with Canva Pro, Figma for rapid prototyping
Bonus:
Motion graphics and basic 3D design skills
