Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls generated from hospital website & digital ads (Google, Meta, etc.)
Provide accurate information about hospital services, doctors, appointments & procedures
Maintain daily records of calls, leads, and patient inquiries
Update lead details in Excel / CRM / Hospital Management System
Coordinate with hospital departments for appointment scheduling
Track ad-wise call data and share daily/weekly reports
Requirements:
Good communication skills in Telugu, English & Hindi
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM)
Experience in hospital / clinic / healthcare calling preferred
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
Organized, patient-friendly and detail-oriented
