Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role located in  Marredpally, Hyderabad  for a Front Office Admin. The Front Office Admin will manage day-to-day reception activities, greet and assist members, handle inquiries, and schedule appointments. Key responsibilities include managing communication channels, maintaining records, handling billing processes, and coordinating with various departments for smooth operations. Exceptional client service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere are priorities for this role.

Qualifications
Proficiency in customer service, client relations, and maintaining a positive and welcoming environment
Strong administrative skills including scheduling, record-keeping, and handling billing processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer proficiency with experience in administrative tools and software
Organizational skills with an ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Prior experience in front desk management or a similar role is preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education is a plus
