Location:

Boss Towers, 2nd Floor, Patrika Nagar, HITEC City, Hyderabad, Telangana 500081 (Onsite)

Experience:

2-5+ Years
Work Timings:  8:00 PM – 4:30 AM IST (5 Days a Week)

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Review, validate, and reconcile weekly consultant timesheets.
Prepare and submit client invoices; manage end-to-end billing cycles.
Support Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
Process US payroll (W2 & 1099) using tools like ADP
Work on accounting software such as Quick Books/Ceipal.
Perform bank, payroll, and AR/AP reconciliations.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Prepare financial trackers, dashboards, and reports using Excel.
Communicate directly with US clients and lead client calls.
Understand client requirements and provide accounting support.

Ideal Candidate Profile:  The ideal candidate should be confident in client communication and capable of leading work independently.

Tools &

Skills:

2–5+ years of experience in US accounting/US IT Staffing /Consulting (Strong Plus).
Prior experience in client communication and handling client calls is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of accrual accounting concepts.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Hands-on experience with Quick Books or similar tools

Experience with US payroll tools
Solid understanding of US payroll, billing, invoicing, and collections
Proven experience in reconciliations and payment follow-ups.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
