We are seeking professional, safety-focused Bus Drivers to join the Tea Around Town® Washington, D.C. team. This role is ideal for drivers who take pride in professionalism, guest interaction, and operating passenger vehicles in a high-visibility urban environment. Drivers are responsible for safely transporting guests along designated routes while delivering a polished, welcoming experience that reflects the Tea Around Town® brand.

• Safely operate double-decker buses along assigned Washington, D.C. routes
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Adhere to all DOT, state, and local traffic regulations
• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and required documentation
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations leadership
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the brand professionally at all times

• Valid CDL Class B license with Passenger (P) endorsement required
• Prior bus, shuttle, or commercial passenger driving experience preferred
• Strong safety record and attention to detail
• Ability to navigate busy city routes and interact professionally with guests
• Dependable, punctual, and customer-focused
