Guest Advocate (Cashier or Front of Store Attendant/Cart Attendant) (T1890) role s position focuses on delivering a welcoming guest experience, assisting guests with services, and maintaining store operations to support guest needs.

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests while completing daily tasks.
• Assist guests in solving specific needs and communicate solutions clearly.
• Inform guests about current promotions, store activities, and events.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to resolve issues and improve guest experience.
• Understand and explain benefits of Target Loyalty programs and assist with sign-up as needed.
• Scan and bag items efficiently and accurately, in compliance with safety standards and company best practices.
• Minimize guest wait time while maintaining service quality and accuracy.
• Explain how to use Target App features, including Wallet, and assist with Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and online ordering.
• Handle returns following store policies and consult with leadership as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and stock supplies during store hours.
• Operate in a safe manner; comply with safety policies and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as order pick up and drive-up while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and policies.
• All other duties based on business needs.

The Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial is $18.00 USD per hour. The Pay Range / Rango salarial is $18.00 USD - $27.00 USD per hour.
