Salary range: $60,000 to $65,000

As a Sous Chef
, your primary responsibility is to execute cuisine that exceeds guest expectations while providing strong leadership, delivering cost goals, and living our Company vision and values.

• Establish quality food and presentation standards
• Communicate company guidelines and standards to team members
• Ensure the kitchen team has the necessary equipment and supplies
• Contribute to sales growth through product selection, execution, pricing, and creative development
• Achieve purchasing, scheduling and culinary standards
• Achieve all assigned cost goals
• Promote a cooperative work climate, maximizing productivity and morale
• Additional responsibilities as needed
• Support other Levy locations as needed

• 2+ years of experience in a culinary leadership position
• A culinary degree is preferred
• High level of computer literacy
• Understanding of financial concepts
• Passion for hospitality, food, and retail
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
