You will provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software, ensuring our clients' systems run smoothly and securely. Required Skills:

• Proven experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• IT Helpdesk/User Support experience with 100% telephone support for local and remote users
• Proficiency in Windows 11, Office 365 Outlook, and MS Office applications
• Familiarity with Citrix, remote access troubleshooting, and VPN (Zscaler)
• Basic network administration tasks such as creating users, resetting passwords, and managing rights in Active Directory
• Experience troubleshooting desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices (Android, iPhone, iOS)
• Knowledge of ticketing systems
• High School Diploma or GED

Nice to Have

Skills:

• Experience configuring Macs and troubleshooting Apple/Mac devices
• Additional network troubleshooting skills involving wireless and general connectivity issues

Preferred

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma, GED, or higher
• Prior experience in a fast-paced SLA-driven environment supporting government agencies is a plus

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work onsite in Hyattsville, MD
• Strong communication skills for effective remote and phone support
• Ability to adapt to high-volume workloads and meet SLAs
