Overview
A rewarding opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide exceptional services within a school setting in Hyattsville, MD. This role involves traveling to multiple schools, delivering individualized therapy services that support student communication development and academic success.
Responsibilities- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans to meet individual student needs
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working in school settings preferred
- Strong knowledge of speech and language development and related disorders
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with students, families, and school staff
- Flexibility and willingness to travel between school locations as required

Hyattsville, MD (local travel between schools involved)
