Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor; LCPC

Overview

We are seeking a licensed LCPC with a Master’s degree and at least two years of experience in therapy, crisis intervention, and trauma-informed care for diverse at-risk populations, including women and children.

• Conduct mental health assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual, group, and family counseling.
• Assist with intake, crisis response, and safety planning.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, maintain documentation, and participate in program improvement.
• Transport residents as needed and engage in supervision and professional development.

Preferred skills include experience in shelter or community settings, trauma-informed care, bilingual abilities, and strong organizational skills.

Pay ranges from $60,000 to $75,000 annually, with benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and tuition reimbursement. The role involves in-person work.
