Competitive Pay $15.00 - 20.14/hr! Salary Disclosure Statement The salary mentioned above reflects the potential base pay range for this role.
Bonuses or other incentives (if applicable) are offered separately and paid pursuant to the relevant program schedule. All employment offers will consider such factors as overall experience, job-related qualifications, location, certifications/training, etc.
- Greet all visitors, vendors, and other staff members to the facility
- Guide or direct all visitors to their proper location
- Explain all Covid guidelines and procedures for entering the facility
- Answers incoming phone calls. Take messages or forward calls to voice mail system
- Sort, organize and forward all mail to appropriate staff and residents
- Maintain visitor sign-in sheets on a daily basis
- Works closely with the Dietary department to assist with meal notices team member lunch payments
- Abide by the standards identified in Future Care's Statement of Corporate Ethics and the Corporate Compliance Plan.
- Perform additional clerical duties such as typing tasks as identified including letters, reports, forms, and other correspondences as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- A minimum of at least 1 year of clerical or medical office experience required
- Previous experience working in a skilled nursing facility or a medical facility a plus
- Must have a welcoming personality and a professional demeanor
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proven experience operating a multi-line phone system
- Must be able to work independently or as part of a team
- Ability to maintain professional working relationships
- Highly detailed and organized with the ability to multitask
