About the Position
About the Position: This Military Technician position is with the United States Army Reserve Command.
Note: This position requires an active membership as a Soldier in the Army Reserve before a start date can be set. To learn more about minimum qualifications to join the Army Reserve, visit
Responsibilities- Review and compile unit training budget requirements for assigned organization.
- Allocate training authorizations and training spaces in accordance with policy.
- Perform administrative work in support of the operations and training activities.
- Perform staff assistance visits and inspections to ensure organizations are fully informed of and comply with directives and procedures.
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- THIS POSITION REQUIRES ACTIVE MEMBERSHIP AS A SOLDIER IN THE U.S. ARMY RESERVE (USAR).
- This position requires you to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
- This position may require travel 25% of the time.
