Construction Project Manager

• Manage federal construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  , ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Coordinate Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build projects for federal clients including DoD, NAVFAC, USACE, and GSA.
• Manage government submittals, RFIs, project documentation, and compliance requirements in accordance with contract specifications.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to ensure quality work and schedule adherence.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost tracking
  , including change orders and contract modifications.
• Ensure compliance with federal safety standards (OSHA, EM 385-1-1) and project Quality Control requirements.
• Lead project meetings and maintain communication with Contracting Officers, CORs, inspectors, and project stakeholders

• Oversee project logistics, procurement, and materials coordination to maintain project timelines.
• Manage project closeout
  , including punch lists, inspections, as-built drawings, and O&M documentation.

• 5+ years of experience managing federal construction projects
• Experience with DoD, NAVFAC, USACE, GSA, or other federal agencies
• Knowledge of federal construction contracting, IDIQ/MATOC task orders
• Experience managing government submittals, RFIs, and project documentation
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams
• Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, cost control, and project delivery
• Familiarity with EM 385-1-1 safety requirements and federal QC processes
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Experience with Primavera P6 or similar construction software
