NOW HIRING:Business Office Coordinator Responsibilities
- Receipt and check entry/deposit
- Assist with Resident Fund System management
- Review and process statements, invoices, insurance verifications
- Census management, billing, collections
- Medicaid tracking and maintaining patient files
- Ability to work independently or part of a group.
- Computer knowledge.
- Ability to build and maintain rapport with residents and peers.
- Prior Long Term Care/Skilled Nursing Experience Preferred
- Administrative/Clerical Experience Required
- Healthcare or Collections/Billing Background Preferred
