• Assignment Type: Travel RN (13-week assignment)
• Specialty/Unit: Float Pool (Med/Surg Telemetry)

• End Date: July 11, 2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Hours: 36 hours per week (guaranteed)
• Shift: Nights, 7:00pm – 7:30am; every other weekend; rotating holidays; rotating schedule; 12 Hour Rotating Shift
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2360-$2480/week

• Med/Surg Telemetry experience in an acute care facility (Telemetry RN / Med/Surg RN) within the last two years
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Must pass facility-specific Pharmacology and Basic Arrhythmia exams prior to start date
• Telemetry monitoring experience required
• Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), ACLS certification, experience managing cardiac, post-surgical, oncology, or dialysis patients

• Provide patient-centered care using the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation (Registered Nurse duties)
• Monitor telemetry and recognize/delineate arrhythmias; respond to cardiac events per unit protocols
• Administer medications, monitor patient responses, and document interventions accurately
• Complete comprehensive documentation of assessments, care plans, progress notes, and discharge planning
• Act as a clinical resource and mentor to staff; demonstrate proficiency as charge nurse when required
• Utilize computerized nursing informatics and electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Participate in quality improvement, patient safety initiatives, and evidence-based practice activities
• Adhere to hospital policies, including safety, infection control, and confidentiality standards
• Engage in ongoing professional development and participate in nursing committees as appropriate
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

• Work as a Telemetry RN in a collaborative acute care setting on picturesque Cape Cod
• Gain diverse clinical experience in a Float Pool covering Med/Surg and Telemetry
