You'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day nursing activities.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and direct nursing assistants in accordance with current regulations and guidelines.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments, ensuring accuracy and adherence to care plans.
• Perform and document vital signs, progress notes, and patient observations.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges while maintaining accurate records.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Ensure the availability of medications, supplies, and equipment to meet patient needs.
• Participate in quality assurance initiatives and facility inspections as needed.
• Provide patient and family education to support recovery and well-being.
• Uphold confidentiality and residents' rights in all aspects of care.

Qualifications:

• Nursing degree from an accredited program and active RN license in the state.
• Current BLS/CPR and AED certification.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and regulations in long-term care settings.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and meet physical/sensory demands of the role.
• Patience, a positive attitude, and the ability to work harmoniously in a team setting.

Schedule:

• 40 hours per week
  • Day shifts (rotating weekends and holidays)
• Flexible scheduling options available
