As a Customer Support Representative, the primary role would be to ensure that customers are satisfied with the company's products and services and to encourage them to continue using and expand with the company's services. This role is 5 days in office. Key responsibilities and skills:

Key in orders for operations branches with high call volume

Monitor customer feedback and make recommendations for improvements to products and services.
