We are currently seeking a skilled Residential Service Electrician who not only possesses technical expertise but also excels in building positive customer relationships through exceptional communication skills. Responsibilities1. Customer Engagement:
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, actively listening to customers' needs and concerns
- Clearly explain electrical issues and proposed solutions
- Provide accurate estimates and transparent pricing to customers
- Offer expert advice on energy‑efficient solutions, safety measures, and potential home upgrades
- Conduct a wide range of electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance in residential settings
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and develop effective solutions
- Ensure all work complies with local codes, city ordinances, and safety regulations
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies
- Maintain a commitment to excellence in every task
- Conduct thorough inspections and testing to ensure the highest quality of work
- Use precision and attention to detail in all installations and repairs
- Leave work spaces clean and organized after completing jobs

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems and components
- Valid Residential Wireman, Journeyman Electrician, or Master Electrician
- Valid driver's license with no major violations within the last 3 years
- Proficient knowledge of Service Titan is preferred, but not required
- Excellent customer service
- Experience with sales and building electrical estimates preferred
- Availability to work Monday - Friday anywhere between 7:00AM-3:30pm (or until daily tasks are complete)
- Performance pay plan
- SIGN‑ON BONUS FOR RESIDENTIAL WIREMAN, JOURNEYMAN AND MASTER ELECTRICIAN: $500 after 30 days, $500 after 3 months, and an additional $1000 after 6 months of employment
