• Demonstrate strong communication skills, actively listening to customers' needs and concerns
• Clearly explain electrical issues and proposed solutions
• Provide accurate estimates and transparent pricing to customers
• Offer expert advice on energy‑efficient solutions, safety measures, and potential home upgrades

• Conduct a wide range of electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance in residential settings
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and develop effective solutions
• Ensure all work complies with local codes, city ordinances, and safety regulations
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems and components
• Valid Residential Wireman, Journeyman Electrician, or Master Electrician
• Valid driver's license with no major violations within the last 3 years
• Proficient knowledge of Service Titan is preferred, but not required
• Excellent customer service
• Experience with sales and building electrical estimates preferred

• Availability to work Monday - Friday anywhere between 7:00AM-3:30pm (or until daily tasks are complete)

• Performance pay plan
• SIGN‑ON BONUS FOR RESIDENTIAL WIREMAN, JOURNEYMAN AND MASTER ELECTRICIAN: $500 after 30 days, $500 after 3 months, and an additional $1000 after 6 months of employment
