$17.00 to $20.00 per hour

Position Summary

Seeking an Assistant Store Manager with a minimum of 6+ months of management or 3rd key experience. Responsible for daily store operations, team development, recruiting, financial management, and customer relations. Sets a customer-centric tone and partners with the Store Manager to meet financial goals.

Responsibilities
  • Foster a customer-centric environment.
  • Train and develop team members.
  • Recruit top talent.
  • Manage store opening and closing procedures.
  • Ensure asset protection and inventory control.
  • Analyze financial statements and drive profitability.
  • Maintain operational standards.
  • Monitor loan and buying processes.
  • Act as manager on duty in the absence of the Store Manager.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements & Qualifications
  • Ability to perform physical tasks and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Effective supervisory skills.
  • Ability to work with firearms and obtain certification.
  • Minimum age 18, High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Computer literacy, cash handling experience, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong work ethic and organizational skills.
