The role of Facilities Maintenance Technician is a vital support position for the Facilities Manager. Responsibilities include assisting with property maintenance and occasionally running parts and/or materials from vendors to job sites or back to the warehouse. This role requires a versatile individual ready to contribute in any way to various tasks.

• Contribute to property maintenance & upkeep, including trash disposal
• Operate a ride‑on mower and weed eater for varying durations, particularly on mowing days and in challenging weather conditions.
• Watering of lawns and flowerbeds
• Organizing recyclable materials
• Minor repairs to property for upkeep. (woodwork, drywall, masonry, etc.)
• Make part runs to collect materials/parts from vendors for delivery to technicians or back to the warehouse. (as needed)

• High School Diploma/GED equivalent required.
• Ability to meet medium‑level physical exertion requirements, including frequent lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Capability to follow oral and/or written instructions.
• Capability to use hand and power tools (preferred)
• Capability to read and use a tape measure (preferred)
• Reliability, punctuality, and safety‑mindedness with a strong work ethic.
• Team‑oriented and willing to work extended hours when necessary.
• Positive, helpful demeanor, and commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• No lifting restrictions and no fear of heights.
• Tolerance for high and low‑temperature levels and occasional inclement driving conditions.
• Honesty about skills and capabilities.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check, with a clean driving record.

• Availability to work Monday‑Friday anywhere between 7:00 AM‑4:00 PM (or until daily tasks are complete)
