On-Demand:
Guest Advocate (Cashier), General Merchandise, Fulfillment, Food and Beverage, Style (T1210). Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $16.25 USD per hour.

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand Team Member (TM) and your schedule may vary depending on shift availability and store needs. This role is ideal for those looking for a personalized work schedule. As an On-Demand TM, you will not be included on the posted weekly schedule, but you can create your own schedule by picking up shifts posted by leaders or other team members (via our myTime mobile scheduling app) that fit your availability.

Reliable and prompt attendance is necessary when you pick up shifts. You must engage by picking up and working shifts at least once every 4 weeks (minimum of four hours). If you do not respond to contact attempts or do not work at least one shift within 5 months, employment may be terminated. You will be required to attend a Target Welcome orientation and commit to a short-term structured training schedule before using the myTime app to pick up shifts.

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests while completing daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to understand and solve their needs, ensuring effective resolution of guest concerns.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to resolve issues and improve the guest experience.
• Thank guests and acknowledge their choice to shop at Target.
• Scan and bag items efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with safety standards and best practices.
• Minimize guest wait time while maintaining service quality and accuracy.
• Inform guests about current and upcoming brand launches, store activities, and events.
• Explain and assist with Target Loyalty programs, fulfillment services, and app features (Wallet, Target App).
• Assist with returns following store policies and collaborate with leaders to de-escalate situations when needed.
• Deliver accurate service for Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests.
• Maintain a clean, clutter-free work area and stock supplies during store hours.
• Comply with safety policies and procedures and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as order pickup, drive-up orders and related duties, including compliance with adult beverage laws where applicable.
• Assist with cash office processes as needed.
• Other duties based on business needs.
