We are seeking an experienced and dedicated CNC Machinist to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial to maintaining the efficiency and precision of our manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for setting up and operating a variety of CNC machines to produce precision parts and instruments. You will be working with cutting-edge technology in a fast-paced, exciting environment where your skills will be both challenged and rewarded.

• Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, etc.
• Translate engineering drawings and requirements into dimensions for production.
• Ensure the CNC machine operates in accordance with the guidelines of the company.
• Oversee the machines while they execute the tasks and make necessary adjustments to produce a better result.
• Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly.
• Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality.
• Read and interpret technical blueprints and design models.
• Input the product design into the computer modeling software.
• Choose and load the correct cutting tools for the job.
• Adjust machine settings to the desired product measurements.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure the product is produced accurately to the design.

• Proven experience as a CNC machinist with at least 5+ years in a similar role.
• Skill in operating CNC machinery and tooling as well as precision measurement tools.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings.
• Computer savvy with a basic understanding of computer programming and CAD/CAM.
• Mechanical aptitude and good mathematical skills.
• A keen eye for detail and results-driven approach.
• Proficiency in English.
• Excellent physical condition with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Knowledge and experience in using Fanuc, Haas, Mill and Lathe, Matsura, CNC Mill, CNC Lathe, and CNC Machine Operation.
• Completion of a vocational school or an apprenticeship will be an advantage.
• Experience in using and/or programming manual, semi-automated or automated tools and machines (lathes, grinders, etc.)
• Ability to use precision tools (e.g. calipers) to take accurate measurements.
• Knowledge of the properties of metal and other material.
