Hutchinson Health and Rehab in Hutchinson, KS is hiring a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for its rehabilitation nursing team.

Pay range: $34.00/hr - $36.00/hr Care differential: $2/hr Signing bonus: $5,000 Benefits include: medical, dental, vision, short- and long-term disability, FSA, 401(k), PTO, life insurance, CEU reimbursement, daily pay options.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will:

• Provide total care for residents, monitoring their condition and addressing their needs.
• Follow physician orders to administer medications and treatments.
• Ensure narcotic policies and procedures are followed, monitor for side effects, and report changes.
• Oversee nursing assistant-registered staff to ensure care plans are followed.
• Complete documentation, admit, and discharge residents.
• Report any bruises, skin tears, or neglect.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPPA requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with residents, families, visitors, and colleagues.

• LPN licensure with the KS Board of Nursing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations.
• Desire to work with the elderly.
• Experience in medical, surgical, or geriatric nursing preferred but not required.

Full-time, 12‑hour shifts, 6am-6pm rotating weekends.
