• Salary Range: $24.00 - $36.00 per hour

Support multiple locations within 150 miles of your permanent address, with additional shift premiums and requirements such as at least 30 hours per month and one weekend shift per month.

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program; associate degree preferred.
• Current unencumbered LPN license; multi-state licensure preferred.
• Minimum of 3 months experience in Long Term Care required; 6 months preferred.
• If applicable, IV therapy skills as per state requirements.

The LPN provides professional nursing care under supervision, demonstrating competence in clinical skills, medication administration, resident assessment, and documentation. Works effectively within an interdisciplinary team, maintaining confidentiality and clear communication.
