# Certified Nurse Aide - Bath Aide for Assisted Living Community
HUTCHINSON, KS 67502## Description#### The designated Bath Aide works within the scope of the CNA to focus primarily on the bathing of residents.
Primary Responsibilities for CNA:
* Provides personal care for residents
* Supports and fosters good relationships with residents, families, and visitors
* Offers input into the assessment of the residents and the care planning
* Assists the resident with transfers, promotes ambulation and exercise###### Qualifications Qualifications for CNA:
* Valid Kansas certification required
* Experience in adult care and services helpful
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to collaborate with a team
* Must be able to lift 30#’s unassisted####
