Payroll Tax Specialist

Maintain, monitor, and audit associate payroll tax data. Demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.

• Update and adjust associate records with proper payroll tax with holdings
• Perform payroll tax audits
• Communicate with various levels of management regarding payroll tax changes and with holdings
• Assist associates with questions regarding tax with holdings and resolve call center tickets, as assigned
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation

Minimum:

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel
• Ability to work within strict deadlines
• Good written and oral communication and customer services skills
• Must be able to use discretion and maintain confidential information
• Self-starter with ability to perform job responsibilities with minimal supervision
• Ability to work well with others
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Physical ability to access all necessary files

Desired:

• Payroll experience, with knowledge of Oracle cloud based or other payroll systems
• Advanced Excel skills
