Your skillset - as strong as our protein- A degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven professional experience in social media or online marketing for consumer brands, ideally within the fitness, lifestyle, or FMCG sector
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing influencer marketing strategies
- Experience in building, maintaining, and coordinating online communities and creator networks across multiple platforms
- Strong skills in analyzing market and trend data as well as monitoring and evaluating campaign performance
- Editorial experience and hands-on skills in creating Reels and video content, including video editing with tools such as Cap Cut
- In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms and paid social advertising, including Meta Ads and platform insights
- Confident user of MS Office applications
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A structured, reliable, and independent way of working
- Openness to new challenges combined with a confident and professional demeanor
- High level of flexibility and strong creative expression
- Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Manage and continuously develop our social media channels — from community management and content creation to active interaction with our target audience
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with content creators, including activity coordination, creative briefings for product launches, promotions, and discount codes, while ensuring authentic and on-brand messaging
- Continuously analyze, evaluate, and optimize social media activities based on clearly defined KPIs
- Develop and execute a holistic social media and influencer strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and revenue by leveraging trends and precisely reaching the right audience
- Identify, approach, and collaborate long-term with influencers who are a strong fit for our brand
- Continuously expand our creator network and strengthen our online presence
- Conceptualize, execute, and measure the performance of influencer campaigns — from storytelling formats to targeted product placements and data-driven performance campaigns
- Work closely with internal teams to create creative, impactful, and cohesive campaigns
- Design tailored campaigns and initiatives that resonate exactly where our community is most active
