The Leverett Agency in Hurst, Texas, is looking for an individual with experience in the Insurance industry to join our team as a Sales Producer. You will be responsible for sales and managing customer relationships. Your ability to build rapport will be necessary as you work closely with your customers to understand their business and personal needs to offer valuable options.

You will also be responsible for following up with customers to help ensure satisfaction. If you have proven experience as a Sales Producer, we want to hear from you. Farmers experience preferred, but not required. Apply today!

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Process customer policy change requests.
• Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
• Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up.

• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
• Prior Sales Experience.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
• A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
• Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
