We’re looking for pop culture fans to help create the best experience for our customers. As a Box Lunch Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll be a key part of our success by providing excellent customer service, helping fans get the merch they love, sharing your fandom knowledge, stocking and replenishing products, and merchandising the store in a visually appealing way, all while staying focused on the in-store experience.

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages customers to return, featuring product knowledge and customer experience skills; strong attention to in-store engagement
• Cover the sales floor zone and maintain visual standards in assigned areas
• Operate the register to process sales, drive add-on sales, and support services like BOPIS and curbside pickup; assist with planogram changes including store map, wall, fixtures, and merchandising mix
• Communicate fashion trend information to management and HQ partners
• Collaborate with Store Management to prevent misuse of spells or theft and maintain store security
• Maintain the stock room and keep the store tidy
• Demonstrate teamwork and effective communication to get the job done
• Perform any other activities as assigned by the Store Leader

• Previous experience in a retail environment; passion for philanthropy and pop culture is a plus
• Strong customer service and selling abilities
• At least 16 years of age to join the fandom force
• Collaborative and effective communication skills
• Ability to navigate and merchandise the store, use approved equipment, and lift up to 50 pounds (with or without reasonable accommodation)
