As a Skilled Carpenter / Tradesperson, you will play a crucial role in leading our restoration projects, ensuring quality craftsmanship and timely completion. You will oversee a team of skilled professionals, manage project timelines, and maintain effective communication with clients and subcontractors. You will take charge of your specialization and lead crews to complete skilled work across the breadth of our jobs.

• Finish carpentry
• Tiling
• Flooring
• Painting and Drywall
• Exteriors / Siding / Roofing
• Framing
• Electrical
• Plumbing

• Lead a crew of laborers on various restoration and interior/exterior projects.
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Coordinate with project managers and clients to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Provide training and mentorship to crew members, fostering a collaborative and proactive work environment.

• Proven experience as a skilled tradesperson or carpenter, with leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and materials or other skilled building trades
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
