Utility & Maintenance Associate

We’re in search of a hard-working team player to join us as a utility person. You’ll be in charge of the cleanliness, maintenance, and safety of our building. A typical day includes vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing floors, shampooing carpets, and any additional maintenance duties as needed. • Complete regularly scheduled maintenance duties like cleaning windows, shampooing carpets, supplying restrooms, changing light bulbs, and performing minor repairs
• Remove dangerous hazards and clean up spills with squeegees or sponges
• Lock doors to ensure building security once cleaning is finished
• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the building
• Write reports of areas cleaned and notify the manager of major repairs

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification
• Excellent stamina and physical health
• 1+ years of experience as a janitor, cleaning crew member, or similar position
• Driver’s license or reliable transportation to and from the worksite
• Candidates must be hardworking, detail-oriented, and have a strong work ethic

$12 hourly
