Red Plains Professional is an Equal Opportunity Employer seeking a motivated Civil Designer or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) with experience in transportation design, including roadway, site civil, infrastructure, and utility projects. We are looking for candidates proficient in Civil 3‑D, with a strong foundation in technical design. The successful candidate will have the determination to contribute to our growing engineering and planning firm, producing high‑quality PS&E’s under the direction of our professional engineering staff.
Red Plains Professional is proud to serve the Tribal Transportation Market, working closely with the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA). The civil designers, technicians, or engineers in training we are looking for will be challenged with unique projects and enthusiastic clients across the United States.

- Strong technical and design skills
- Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Project)

- Bachelor's degree from an ABET‑accredited program
Red Plains Professional, Inc. (RPP) is a civil engineering, planning, GIS, CM company founded in 1997 with offices in Utah, Oklahoma, and Washington.
RPP has completed multiple roadway reconstructions and designs for numerous clients, including cities, counties, DOTs, and many tribes. These projects often include roadway design, sidewalk/pedestrian access design, ADA accessibility evaluation, bridge and approaches design, pavement design, hydraulic studies, floodplain analysis, environmental assessments, right‑of‑way documents, a traffic control plan, erosion control plan, and construction cost estimates. Our project managers are experts in completing these types of projects on time and within budget.
