• Knowledge of guest service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest-first culture across the store
• Experience in retail business fundamentals including department sales trends, inventory replenishment, and process efficiency and improvement
• Execute daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete your daily tasks
• Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs
• Thank guests and let them know we’re happy they chose to shop at Target
• Receive products, restock shelves, organize the backroom, arrange merchandise, and put up promotional signs for GM areas
• Operate power equipment if certified
• Change prices, merchandise set-up and maintenance, and ensure inventory accuracy as directed
• Learn how operational procedures affect inventory management, store profitability, and product availability
• Be knowledgeable about resources, products, and services to solve issues and improve guest experience
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work safely and report hazards
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (e.g., picking/packing orders, delivering pickup orders) and maintain compliance with laws
• All other duties based on business needs

• You can work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak times

• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
• Remain focused in a fast-paced environment and complete multiple tasks

• Ability to lift up to 44 pounds and move merchandise safely
• Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) with reliable attendance
• Open to working in varying temperatures and conditions as required
• Shift length may vary
