The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to own and execute “start to finish” tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and physical inventories. They also support merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The role involves interacting with customers and team members, delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts Monday thru Thursday unless otherwise dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor on work completion, issues, and solutions.
• Complete planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store measurements.
• Complete accurate counts for inventories and cycle counts.
• Complete Tractor Way top cap process and store price changes.
• Hang store signage including Circulars, Price Cuts, and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend Solutions, Add Value, and Appreciate Customers.
• Ensure a differentiated shopping experience.
• Provide peak coverage as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required. Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding preferred. Must be 18+.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills.
• Interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution.
• Self-directed with minimal assistance needed.

• Indoor environment with moderate noise; outdoor lots on hard surfaces.
• Shifts typically from 4 to over 8 hours, varying by store.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and promote a safe environment.

• Move and transfer merchandise up to 50 lbs, push/pull up to 2000 lbs with equipment.
• Lift overhead, stand, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and move throughout the store.
• Communicate effectively and complete training.
