Part Time Leasing Consultant
Asset Living

Asset Living is a third‑party property management firm founded in 1986, serving multifamily, single‑family, affordable, build‑to‑rent, active‑adult, and student housing across the United States. We are dedicated to fostering thriving communities and providing exceptional value to our partners.

Leasing Consultant Responsibilities
  • Property leasing and administration – daily onsite attendance is required.
  • Show, lease, and move‑in prospective residents; conduct tours, qualify applicants, and sign leases.
  • Complete all leasing paperwork before move‑in and assist with lease audits, unit walkthroughs, and turnover processes.
  • Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
  • Utilize sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic, achieve closing ratios, and exceed leasing goals.
  • Perform various administrative tasks as needed.
  • Resolve resident complaints, concerns, and requests to ensure satisfaction.
  • Assist in developing and implementing resident retention programs and special promotions.
  • Maintain office, common areas, and model units in a clean, presentable condition.
  • Assist with the annual marketing plan outreach and market survey/analysis.
  • Monitor service request turnaround and provide excellent customer service.
  • Project a favorable image of the community and enforce resident policies under supervisor direction.
Education / Experience
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use on‑site software.
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
Physical Requirements
  • Regularly move about to accomplish tasks, including frequent traversal of ladders, stairs, and scaffolding.
  • May require standing, sitting, or working in confined spaces and moving objects up to 25 lbs.
  • Capable of working overtime, weekends, nights, and in various weather conditions.

Salary Range
: $15 per hour to $17 per hour

Full‑time employees are eligible for paid sick days, company holidays, and a comprehensive benefits package. This position is part‑time.
