• Supervise patient care
• Coordinate all aspects of patient care; initiate and update the plan of care
• Supervise, orient, and teach other clinical personnel when needed
• Assure compliance with local, state, and federal laws including problem resolution and complaint investigation

• Current Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Minimum 1 year clinical experience as an RN or 1 year clinical experience as an LPN
• Current CPR Certification
• Compassionate and great time management skills
• Reliable transportation to conduct patient visits at residents’ or facility locations
