Position Overview
Lecturer-Pool Faculty of Engineering Technology – 5 positions (Part‑time Non‑tenure Track) – College of Science & Engineering Technology, Dept of Engineering Technology, Huntsville, TX.
About the PositionLecturer‑Pool faculty are term positions hired to teach one to four courses per semester. Courses may be taught on‑campus at the Woodlands Center, at the main campus, or online. Teaching load will be semester‑by‑semester and based on student demand.
Responsibilities- Teach 1–4 courses per semester (in‑person, hybrid, or online).
- Prepare and deliver course content, assignments, and evaluations.
- Engage students and cooperate with department faculty.
- Participate in departmental meetings and initiatives as needed.
- Master’s degree (or lower degree) in a related field required.
- Teaching experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to teach in a hybrid or online environment.
Spring 2026, Summer 2026, and Fall 2026 semesters.
